From the very beginning she made everything so simple, setting us up with venue tours in Tulum and helping us find the perfect spot for our wedding. Throughout the entire planning process she was organized, calm, and always ready with solutions whenever little hiccups came up.

On our wedding weekend she handled over 100 guests, each with their own personalities, as well as the entire staff at Dreams Tulum. She did it all with such professionalism and grace that we were able to relax and just enjoy every moment. Was planning my destination wedding and brought on Lisa to help and it was the best decision I made. She was extremely helpful all throughout the process. She coordinated everything between my whole group and the hotel and fixed any concerns we had. The whole trip was amazing. When we had a small problem with the transportation between the hotel and airport (a problem created by the transportation company), I contacted Lisa and she took care of it right away.
